  • What is your delivery area?

    Our shop locally serves the following cities and surrounding areas:

    • Lancaster

    • Carroll

    • Sugar Grove

    • Bremen

    We also deliver to residential homes, hospitals, funeral homes, nursing homes, retirement communities and more.

  • What if my chosen flowers aren't available?

    Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

  • Can I cancel my order after purchase or can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
    All sales are final. We do not issue refunds; However, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available. As flowers are perishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

    • All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you are contacting us after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will contact you the next business day.

    • Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

    • As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.

    • As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, we reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation.

  • I tried placing an order, but it didn't go through. What can I do?

  • What is Designer's Choice?

    When you pick a designer's choice arrangements, you allow our designers to use their creativity to create something that is not only unique- but stunning.

  • Are all of your arrangements made with natural flowers?

    We use all natural flowers and synthetic flowers made from silk. When buying your arrangement, you will see in the specifications the type of flower used.

  • Tips for caring for your fresh flowers arrangements in vases and bouquets.

    • Please check the water level every day to insure that each stem is under the water level.

    • Change the water every other day and re-cut the stems by removing one half inch with a knife or scissors at a 45 -degree angle .

    • Position your arrangement indoors, ensuring it's shielded from direct sunlight and any sources of heat or cold airflow. Such as ceiling fans, TV's or radiators.

    • Please keep the arrangement in a cool environment (62 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).

    Flowers will last up to one week if aftercare instructions are followed.

  • Tips for caring four your fresh flowers in signature boxes.

    • Our flower box comes with a foam insert soaked in water (oasis foam) and special flower food. This assures to keep your flowers fresh and hydrated. When the foam starts to become dry, simply add a small cup of water from the middle to the center of the box. The easiest is to use a small water bottle to make sure that you don't overflow or water the box itself.

    • Please position your arrangement indoors, ensuring it's shielded from direct sunlight and any sources of heat or cold airflow. Such as ceiling fans, TV's or radiators.

    • Please keep the arrangement in a cool environment (62 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).

    Flowers will last up to one week if aftercare instructions are followed.
